1. Good material are the basic guarantee of good quality, so we mainly use materials from Mazzucchelli, Yinyu, Zeiss Sunlens, Comtec and OBE hinge…or other materials per customer’s requirements and never cheating on material.   

 

2.Anticipating problems and proposing solutions is one of the most effective ways to make sure good quality. So at the early stage of preparing drawing, we will make a complete plan for the selection of material, the usage of craftsmanship and quality controlling for each style.                    

For example:                    

1)Titanium and metal frames, we always make varies of molds to make sure the soldering place of each frame almost same, clean and smooth, almost have no excess solder residues. 

                     

2)We pay special attention to the polishing. Our technicians have studied polishing technology at Japan factory. Besides, we always add some auxiliary processes to make the polishing more perfect.     

2.100% QC inspection before shipping. This is to ensure every single pair is good when arrived at clients' warehouse. Not QC check required on client side, this is not only save time, also save cost on shipping defect samples back to us.   

The production of eyewear is relatively traditional as most of the products processes are hand-made. We retain the traditional craftsmanship, at the same time, always looking for innovation, researching and challenging new craftsmanship to make our products more premium. For example, most factory could only make silver riveted hinge, however we could make gold riveted hinge.
