This multi-sided acetate bevel glasses, the front frame is pressed from thick 8 mm clear blue acetate, and the edges are turned and carved, giving the angular silhouette a 3-dimensional quality. There is a clear sense of dividing line between different directions of the slope, giving people a sense of perseverance and individuality.

Bevels can be cut with a CNC machine, but the process we use is pressing. Compared with these two processes, the pressed front frame has higher density, smoother and brighter surface. Because when CNC cutting is used, slight knife marks will be left on the surface, and the mold used for pressing is treated with mirror surface, so the pressed front frame is very bright and smooth even without polishing.

Using a custom triple rivet hinge, and pressed striped flat stitch. After the flat needle is pressed out, the two sides need to be cut with a diamond knife to make it more smooth and bright.
