After the design drawing is confirmed, a CAD production drawing must be drawn, and then a sample will be made according to the CAD drawing. After the sample is confirmed by the customer, the production of bulk order will be prepared according to the customer's order.
Next is the preparation of materials. According to the color of the customer's order, order raw materials from the acetate material supplier. In this process, the staff should start to make the production order. Once the materials are available, the production order and materials will be sent to the production department.
After receiving the production order and materials, the production department began to enter the real production link of acetate eyewear. The main processes are:
1-Cutting: Use a machine to cut a large piece of acetate into many small pieces according to the expected and calculated cutting specifications.
2-Baked material: Put the cut material neatly into the oven, set the time, remove the excess water inside, make them harder, and ensure that the produced eyewear are not easy to deform and brighter.
3-Car inner ring: generally use precision carving machine for operation. Pre-set the program of the engraving machine, such as the shape and size of the inner ring, the shape and depth of the slot, etc., and then put the acetate into the material area of the machine, and then operate according to the program.
4-Folding nose pad or end pieces: According to the requirements of the drawings and production orders, put the cut small pieces of materials on top of the baked acetate, and keep them for at least 12 hours after finishing, so that their joints can be firmly bonding together, the final product will not crack or break.
5-Milling outer ring: Generally, CNC machines are used to complete. Debug the CNC machine program in advance, put the material into the material area of the machine, and then follow the program. In this process, in addition to checking the data, the experience of the technician is very important, where the data must be 1:1, and where the data must be left margin, only in this way, the final product produced can fully conform to the CAD drawing.
6-Manual processing: This step is very important and is related to the surface details of the final finished eyewear. The technician will check the inner and outer rings of the car in detail, and then ask the operator to manually handle each rough or unsmooth place. The tools generally include blades, file, saw blades, emery cloth, etc.
7-Tumbling and polishing: The front frame that has been manually processed is put into the tumbling machine. Rolling is generally carried out in four times, namely rough rolling, medium rolling, fine rolling and smooth rolling. Polishing is required after each roll out. The polishing is also divided into rough polishing, medium polishing, fine polishing and smooth polishing of finished products after assembling

10- Nail hinge: Nowadays, automatic nail hinge machines are generally used. After taking out the nailed front frame, quickly clean the area around the hinge with a blade, and put it in a cold water bucket. After nailing one side, nail the other side of the front frame.

13-Finished product assembly. Then enter the last process. This process is basically done manually, and it is also the department that employs the most people in the production process of each acetete eyewear factory, which generally accounts for one-fifth to one-fourth of the number of production people. Including printing, milling lenses, frame holding, polished, clean frame and final finished product final inspection, each link cannot meet the quality requirements and must be returned to the original process for repair.
